How can I shop?
With us directly by submitting your order form via email or you can shop our wholesale store on Faire.
I would like samples before deciding, how can I get some?
If you'd like to receive wholesale samples before choosing to carry our brand, please contact us and let us know that you'd like some samples to be shipped.
Do you have minimums?
We have a $150 minimum opening order and a $100 minimum reorder. Each of our products do have a MOQ based on the type of product, so be sure to check the catalog and/or price sheet for MOQ details. Example: A7 Greeting Cards are a MOQ of 6 each (of one design)
What are your payment terms?
How long does it take for my wholesale order to ship?
We try to turn around orders as quickly as possible. If your items are currently in stock they will ship within 3-4 business days from the receipt of your order. If they are custom order, or items that are out of stock, times vary and will be directly communicated with you.
Can I return unused items?
We hope that you love our products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes there may be a need to return defective items. Wholesale Orders are non-returnable unless there is a defect. If your item is defective, please follow the return instructions for damaged goods.
My product arrived damaged, can I get a replacement?
Shipping can often be rough on products, despite our best efforts to package with care. If your products arrived damaged, please send us photos of the damaged product, the shipping container, and your packing list received with the order. We will need individual photos of each of the above as well as one photo with all three in them. This helps us to file a claim with our carrier so we can get that product replaced for you. Please keep all damaged goods and shipping containers until resolution is received and you've been instructed to do otherwise by our team.
Do you offer sales for wholesale customers?
Because our stockists are already receiving our lowest price available, we generally do not have sales on wholesale orders. We may, however, from time to time include bonuses, freebies, and other fun surprises in your order.
Can I resell your product online on my website or other platforms?
We are limiting the number of "online-only" shops we are partnering with. If you are selling the products online, credit to Lilian Grace Designs must be given in the product description, and suggested retail prices must be observed. Resale of Lilian Grace Designs products on Facebook Marketplace, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, or any other platforms is strictly prohibited.
Do you provide stock images for social media use?
We are always looking for ways to help our stockists make promoting our products easier for them. We do have images that approved stockists will be given access to for use in their social media promotions. Please refer to the terms in your welcome packet for instructions on how to properly use these images to ensure credit is given to Lilian Grace Designs.
How do you package your products?
Currently, our flat products are individually packaged in clear cello envelopes (Recycle #5) to keep them protected. We also use either PET or PVC clear boxes on some of our products. If you wish to have your items sent without packaging, please indicate this at the time you sign up to be a stockist.
Do your products have barcodes?
Our products are not sent with barcodes unless requested by the stockist. All products have a SKU number that is labeled on the back of the product along with the MSRP. Because our products are packaged in cello envelopes, you can affix a barcode directly to the packaging on the back, there is a space left for them to be added.

We review every wholesale applicant to ensure your store is a good fit for our brand and meets our requirements. If you feel your application was denied in error, please contact us.
