Returns and Refunds

At this time, we cannot offer returns or refunds on subscription boxes.  Please read our FAQ's on how to prepare your subscription to avoid this.  

If you are buying overstock items that you are wanting to return, you may qualify for a return/refund.  Refer to the Lilian Grace Designs Policies for more information. 

Damaged in Shipping

If your subscription box was damaged in shipping, please take photos of the damage and box in its entirety with the shipping label visible and email it to us HERE to begin the damage claim.  Clear photos of box contents as well as the box are needed in order to begin.  Please include your order details in the email.

 

Incorrect Shipping

If your subscription is sent to an incorrect address due to your address not being updated, we are not responsible for a replacement box.  We encourage you to make sure you have the most current address on file.

 

Gifts

We do offer gift subscriptions.  When selecting the gifting option, please be sure that the shipping address reflects that of the gift recipient and include their name.  If you want a gift message included, please indicate that at checkout as well.  Gifts do not auto-renew.

 

Payment Problems

If at any time your card on file does not process due to expiration or insufficient funds, your subscription service will be cancelled.  We strongly encourage you to keep your account updated as your information changes.

 

Subscription Contract

When you purchase a subscription service, you are entering in a contract with us to uphold the terms of the subscription.  We offer several subscription services to choose from as outlined below.

Quarter to Quarter - Sign up in any month and receive the current quarter box.  Get one box each quarter, renewing every 3 months on your anniversary date.  Can skip shipments and cancel anytime.

2 Quarter Prepay - Sign up in any month and receive the current quarter box.  Get one box each quarter, renewing every 6 months on your anniversary date.  Can skip shipments and cancel anytime.  

4 Quarter Prepay - Sign up in any month and receive the current quarter box.  Get one box each quarter, renewing every 12 months on your anniversary date.  Can skip shipments and cancel anytime.

Subscription renewals will occur on the anniversary date of your initial subscription following the terms of the subscription originally purchased until the subscription is cancelled. Example: New subscribers who join on January 11th will renew on the 11th following their chosen plan.  Cancellation cut offs are the 10th of the 2nd month of the quarter, we recommend no later than the 9th.  Any subscriptions cancelled after this date will not take effect until the following subscription. To cancel a 2 or 4 Quarter subscription, the cancellation will take effect following the fulfillment of all boxes purchased under the initial subscription.  (Example: If you purchase 2 Quarters, you will received 2 boxes over the course of 6 months but it will not renew until after the 2nd box has shipped)

*NOTE: Refunds cannot be issued so be sure you cancel your plan before the deadline to avoid being renewed.

Quarter Breakdown -

Quarter 1 - January, February, March

Quarter 2 - April, May, June

Quarter 3 - July, August, September

Quarter 4 - October, November, December
