Apply to be a Stockist

If you are interested in being a Stockist, you can apply directly with us. We review each applicant to ensure we are a good fit for each other, and we do try to maintain some exclusivity. If you wish to have your zip code protected, please contact us to discuss. Account holders must fit in one of these categories: Brick & Mortar Retail Store, Brick & Mortar Retail + Online Store.

Online Only Retailers

We are limiting the number of online only shops we are partnering with and cannot guarantee acceptance. If you have a Brick & Mortar Retail Store, and/or if you are selling the products online, credit to Lilian Grace Designs must be given in the product description and suggested retail prices must be observed. Resale of Lilian Grace Designs products on Facebook Marketplace, Amazon, eBay, Etsy or any other platforms is strictly prohibited.

Minimum Order Quantities
Opening orders - $150 minimum
Reorders - $100 minimum
Individual Cards - MOQ 6 per sku
Standard Notepads – MOQ 4 per sku
Tall Notepads – MOQ 3 per sku
All Other Items - Minimum varies per sku and is listed

Payment Terms
All orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. For payment by credit card, an e-mailed invoice will be sent for easy and secure with Stripe. Late payments incur a late fee of 1% per month.

All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Existing customers will be notified of any changes in pricing prior to their order being shipped.

Our suggested retail prices are based on cost, customer feedback and experience with the product sales history. To preserve the brand reputation, items may not be advertised (online or in print) for less than 20% of the suggested retail price.

Turnaround Time
Our typical turnaround is 3-4 business days for in-stock items; however, turnaround times vary during holiday seasons. Out of Stock items have a typical turnaround of 11-14 business days, unless otherwise relayed. Custom Orders will vary depending on design. We will keep you informed of your order progress. Please contact us directly regarding your delivery date if you have any questions.

Custom Orders
Some of our products can be custom made for your store and/or location. If you wish to have custom items made, please reach out to us to discuss options. Turnaround Time on these items vary and you will be kept informed of the order progress.

Back Orders
Some products may occasionally be out of stock. You will be notified if any items you have ordered are backordered and, if directed, we will proceed to ship all items in stock from your order. Once an item is back in stock, we will ship it immediately.

All shipping costs are charged at the time of ordering unless a quote is needing to be obtained, it will be added on an additional invoice. Should you wish for us to ship using your existing UPS or FedEx account, the account details must be provided with your Purchase Order. Lilian Grace Designs, LLC is not responsible for any carrier delays.

If you need to cancel your order, you can successfully cancel within 24 hours of ordering if you have not yet received shipping notification. Once your order has shipped, you will not be able to cancel. If your order is custom made you will be billed for any design time that occurred.

Returns & Exchanges
It is our hope that you love our products as much as we do, but we understand that sometimes there may be a need to return defective items. Wholesale Orders are non-returnable unless there is a defect or shipment error. If your item is defected, please follow the return instructions for damaged goods. We currently do not have an exchange program in place. If you received the incorrect order, please contact us within 5 days of receipt to correct the issue. All returned merchandise must be returned unopened, unused and in its original packaging.

Damaged & Defective Merchandise
Please inspect your wholesale shipment upon arrival. Items that have been damaged in transit must be reported by phone and/or email within 5 days of receipt. If your products arrived damaged, please send us photos of the damaged product, the shipping container and your packing list received with the order. We will need individual photos of each of the above as well as one photo with all three in them. This helps us to file a claim with our carrier so we can get that product replaced for you. Please keep all damaged goods and shipping containers until resolution is received and you've been instructed to do otherwise by our team.

Currently, our flat products are individually packaged in clear cello envelopes (Recycle #5) to keep them protected. We also use either PET or PVC clear boxes on some of our products. If you wish to have your items sent without packaging, please indicate this at the time you sign up to be a stockist. All our products must be displayed and sold in their original packaging. Boxed sets may not be broken up and sold individually. Our product packaging does not include barcodes, but If barcodes are a requirement for your store, please mention this in your order notes. Our team will reach out to you to coordinate an insert in your order with the barcode you send.

We are always looking for ways to help our stockists make promoting our products easier on them. We do have images that approved stockists will be given access to for use in their social media promotions. All photography provided can only be used to market Lilian Grace Designs products. Images may not be edited or manipulated in any way, you cannot crop out any packaging or branding that is shown in the photo. When sharing on social media, we ask that you include "Created by Lilian Grace Designs" in the product description, and we ask that you tag @LILIANGRACEDESIGNS to ensure you are giving credit back to us as the creators. In addition, we will reshare your posts and tag you as well. If you take photos of our products in your stores, we’d love to share those as well if we are tagged.

If you will be seeking press and/or receive press for your store using our products, please let us know. We ask that you please credit Lilian Grace Designs for the items used.

Retailers must agree to our wholesale terms, and we respectfully reserve the right to terminate any wholesale accounts that are not in compliance. By placing a wholesale order with us, either by email or through an online order form, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to the above wholesale terms and conditions.
